USA TOUR 2004

First thing we did was look for food, Brian had harped on about a 10 buck buffet for days so we tried to find one, we pulled into the parking area of a well known Vegas Casino (STRATOSPHERE!!??)

Davee askes through the open passanger window to the porter of said establishment, "hey where can I park my van, it won't fit under the height restricter on your carpark?"

The guy stares at Davee for a few seconds with a crazy mongy look about his face and a slight shaking of his head left and right. We look at Davee and davee is doing the shaky head thing too, with an equally mongy look on his face, before long everyone is doing it!!!

Then the porter announces, after keeping us amused for a long while, " It won't go under the height restricter, its too big!!" Davee realises he's fighting a lost cause asking a second question, so off he goes to park. The buffet had a 30 minute waiting time so Brian never got his buffet We drove off and went for bacon and stuff elsewhere.

This was the day that davee was dreading, the drive from Vegas to Pheonix, he had previously told us that he never wanted to do that run again due to the sheer amount of deaths that that particular portion of highway had seen he drove all the way past HOOVER DAM, gave the renta cops a good amount of verbal abuse, as soon as the mountains were behind, Fish held true to his word and took over driving duties all the way to Pheonix, stopping at the oddest time to let the louts out for a piss or three!!

The venue was a nice sized plaice....he he geddit, with a good PA
we met up with old friends ABIOTIX and of cause TIFF,
After eating more Jack In The Box we went back to the venue, once parked, a crazy punk kid started headbutting our van??!! then he went to the drivers window and proceeded to headbutt that, not one to see his beloved van being abused in such fashion, Davee Tiltnads chose an oportune time and opened the door, swiftly, just as the kid was about the headbutt the door again...whack!!!! right in his head, shit that guy stumbled some, he then went behind the club and put a brick through the bouncers windscreen....hmmmm nice

The show, ABIOTIX were excellent, as ever CONIPTION FITS
were great too, then something happened, the promoter had put some new metal death thing on the bill.......shit were they bad, actually the band were tight, it was just beezebub on vocals eerrr....then we heard they were trying to get on the Showcase...........NO WAY
NEONS were brilliant, as always, we enjoyed a great gig too, it was nice because we were just adjusting to USA time.

After the show we drove all the way back to LA arriving at 6 ish am at Nats pad, where we slept til about 11.00AM
